Our hot stone massage is suited for people who have muscle tension but prefer a lighter massage.
The heat from the stones relaxes the muscles, allowing the therapist to work with your muscles without
using deep pressure.

Our Swedish massage is based on the Western concepts of anatomy and physiology, as opposed to
energywork on "meridiens" or sen lines in the Asian massage systems. Swedish massage is a wonderful
way of relaxing while receiving your therapy.

Our deep tissue massage works by physically breaking down muscle tensions or injuries to relieve
pain and restore normal movements. To do this, the massage therapist often uses direct deep pressure
or friction applied accross the grain of your muscles.

Not just a pampering treatment, our esthetician first analyzes the skin and formulates a treatment
plan tailored to your individual skin type. Your session begins with a deep clean to remove all makeup
